Case study: Accountables

The brief

Accountabes were operating on Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook. With this many channels, it’s possible to prioritise individual goals specific to each one.

After our initial research phase, we discovered that by engaging the cryptocurrency tag and crypto related tax advice, Accountables reach on Twitter was greatly expanded. Working closely with Accountables, we set these goals to work towards.

Goals:

  • Create awareness of Accountables among potential B2C & B2B clients via LinkedIn and Facebook, increase the number of leads to the website.
  • Accounting advice for cryptocurrency owners on Twitter.
  • Fun content on Instagram to attract new talent (freelance accountants).

We delivered 3 posts per week, per account.

So, with these goals set—how did we reach them?

We decided to focus educational content on Linkedin and Facebook, while pushing for engagement with trending topics on Twitter. Instagram content is closely tailored to the tastes of accountants, to build brand awareness and retain potential new talent for the business.

Facebook & LinkedIn leads

We focused educational content through these platforms, advocating for thought leadership and providing educational and valuable content for followers. Strategic use of theme and hashtags direct new potential clients to their LinkedIn channel.

Instagram

With Instagram, it’s Accountables goal to locate and engage with potential talent for the company. Fostering a warm, friendly tone is imperative—employee advocacy rates within the company is high and gives an extra boost to posted content.

Twitter

Accountables Twitter profile visits have increased by 252.6% since we aligned their content with trending industry specific hashtags. Offering cryptocurrency tax information keeps their presence relevant and discoverable.
