Case study: REFINERI

The brief

REFINERI were operating on Twitter and LinkedIn and wanted to grow these channels with the help of NoFrames. Working closely with REFINERI team, we set these goals to work towards:

  • to build brand awareness to become more visible on the market for information technology. Focusing on the geographical area of London initially in order to collect user statistics and data and then eventually market to the wider marketplace.
  • to be seen as the authority on information technology consulting. We wanted the social media to demonstrate an understanding and awareness of their industry, both from a developer and client’s eyes which would therefore create loyalty and trust.
  • to share up to date news generated by REFINERI internally or externally.

Creative process

In order to meet these goals we:

1. Used a tailored digital marketing strategy which we constantly monitored and evaluated to meet the needs of REFINERI.

2. Built a content creation plan to reach the maximum potential on social media.

3. Created content to post on LinkedIn, and Twitter, posting 3 times per week to increase awareness.

4. Had monthly meetings with the client to evaluate the results with allocated Project Manager.

We measured our goals’ achievements by monitoring audience volume, engagement, subscribers behaviour, likes, shares and the lead conversion rate. All these metrics also helped us to find out a clear customer persona in the beginning of the project.

As the result of persuasion marketing through company’s updates and industry hot news explanation, we ensured contextual relevance and brand trust at the stage of acquaintance with the brand.

To ensure repeat website visit and customer loyalty, brand satisfaction, the lifetime value and advocacy were all key measures.
