Our goal was to facilitate the international launch of the product for the B2C market including:

1. Develop a marketing strategy.

2. Building online customer channels from scratch.

3. Introduce an innovative product to the market.

4. Drive customers to the website and direct shop links.

Invented by Robbie MacIsaac, The FLUX Blowpipe drastically prolongs the lifespan of the instrument before moisture takes effect and in turn reduces the risk of pipers lung disease.

Creative process

Being not only fellows in RBS Accelerator and Strathclyde Entrepreneurial Network but also friends, we were especially excited about having the opportunity to work with Robbie, the founder of the FLUX Blowpipe.

Robbie invited NoFrames to support him with marketing strategy and we were able to plan everything from scratch in July 2020. We have been working ever since.

We have been managing 3 social media accounts: Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin and creating content with the team of 4 people.

Introducing the founder

Professional photo and video production to introduce the founder and support the product. As Robbie is a brand himself, we have combined the journey of the inventor and the promotion of a product in one compelling story.

Testimonials from industry influencers

Having class and quality engineering of the product and loyal customers among the bagpiping community allowed us to share experts opinion on the product. We filmed a video testimonials which we use on FLUX social media channels.

Mass media and ads management 

To boost brand awareness we organised publications about the FLUX Blowpipe in public newspapers and magazines. Additional Facebook ads campaign was used to reach a wider public audience.

The success of the developed from the scratch marketing strategy was proved in the following weeks. Just in the first two weeks, we reached 40.000 people with our posts that resulted in £2K.

Newly developed online customer channels have created referral traffic coming to the website shop from social media. Here are some of the results we have achieved:

  • New followers +over 1000
  • Facebook post reach average 18926 people
  • LinkedIn page views average 152 visitors
