The brief

Because of reorganisation and liquidation of the marketing department, the company wasn’t doing any marketing activities for a year. Company has 3 social media accounts: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn.

The target audience – IT and marketing functions within SMEs and large enterprises.

Creative process

Due to the low level of attention to all social media platforms for a year, SwarmOnline’s followers lost trust in those communication channels.

First of all, NoFrames team had to study the audience and get an insight into audience interests. After two weeks of the testing period, we learned that audience is low active but responsive when delivering a stable message.

NoFrames created a new social media strategy and proposed to:

  • Keep up with trendy topics within the industry.
  • Focus on getting feedback and testimonials from former clients (video/photo production).
  • Deliver newsbreaks and share the company’s culture.
