Client overview
First2Train strives to take the stress away from organisations by organising, implementing and delivering cost effective Health & Safety training solutions to businesses and the general public throughout the UK.
Creative process
Before NoFrames came to the picture, the company had two main established customer channels: personal LinkedIn page of the First2Train founder and the website.
The company had a brand book developed by a professional designer.
Previously, the website was enhanced by SEO work which allowed to see moderate traffic on the website. Additionally, potential leads have been generated through LinkedIn.
The company had Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and Instagram accounts which were managed inconsistently.
After the initial 2 weeks of audience response testing, we identified that Facebook and Instagram have a high potential and should be recognised as website clicks generators.

Focus on content
Use of infographics and short educational videos.
Personal approach

B2C focus on SMM trends
Re-focus Facebook and Instagram account on B2C clients by creating content with the use of social media trends (promo videos, motion graphics, etc).
See social media trends in 2020.
B2B focus on the company’s values
Focus Twitter on the company’s news and company culture.

Niall Rachman
Managing Director at First2Train
I have had zero issues with the serviced delivered by the NoFrames team. Any questions or comments were answered or implemented immediately. Again, a massive thank for the help you have given our brand the boost that it requires as well as the tidy up around the social media sides of things. As we discussed, social media is the first thing that takes the back seat when the company gets busy – I am glad to have met you and I look forward to continuing our work together in the future.
