SwarmOnline is a mobile and web technology business. SwarmOnline develops apps for companies across the private and public sector using cutting edge technology to drive business improvement.
Due to the low level of attention to all social media platforms for a year, SwarmOnline’s followers lost trust in those communication channels.
First of all, NoFrames team had to study the audience and get an insight into audience interests. After two weeks of the testing period, we learned that audience is low active but responsive when delivering a stable message.
NoFrames created a new social media strategy and proposed to:

- Focus on getting feedback and testimonials from former clients (video/photo production).
- Deliver newsbreaks and share the company’s culture.
